Catering
Our catering options are divided into two separate menus, each of which is specified to meet the demands of any event, based on the number of people being served. We have the Party Pak menu (below), designed for small groups of people in the range of 15 to 100. If you find yourself needing to feed a much larger group of people we have a Large Group Catering menu designed for groups of 101 to 2000 people. We work with each customer to ensure their wants and needs are met and that each person has an exceptional BBQ experience. Our mission is to work with each customer and help you decide what option would work best for your event, offering suggestions and alternatives to help you stay within your budget while still enjoying your favorite southern foods.
Party Pak
Party Paks were designed to feed 15-100 people. Your party will receive exactly the same food as if we were serving it at our restaurant. Our BBQ meats are a great value and are good for any get together because of the choices that you are able to choose from. GG’s takes great pride in the way we BBQ our meats. It is all smoked in our pit with only white oak, pecan, or hickory hardwoods. All of our sauces are from our own SECRET recipes. All baked beans are homemade and our coleslaw is from Carl’s own creation. None of our goodies has been frozen or is micro waved to hurry up any process. Our meats are smoked anywhere from 6-10 hours. And so what you get is the Best BBQ money can buy this side of the Mississippi! Party paks will serve 15 or more up to 100. If you find yourself serving under 15 then you might want to come by and let us customize a bulk price of BBQ and sides from our menu in the store! Our hot food will be hot and our cold food will be cold! It is important that after you take possession of your food that you maintain hot and cold proportionally. If you are picking up the food to be served at a later day and time all the food will be cold at the time of pickup and warming instructions will accompany it with you for the ease of warming, and usually all that it entails is to warm slowly in the oven, inside the containers packed in, from us to you!
Just call ahead of time and let us help you in completing your event and make it the success you set out to accomplish. We will email you a confirmation of what you have chosen and all the details and if you have any changes with at least 24 hours notice! You can either pick up or for and additional charge we will deliver.
